Chester Conservation Committee Meeting August 13

Note: Because the elementary school is closed this evening, the Chester Conservation Committee meeting will be held at the Chester Town Hall at 7 pm. Please pass the word!

Just a quick note to let you know that the Chester Conservation Committee will meet next Tuesday, August 13 at 7 pm at the Chester Andover Elementary School.

Our agenda includes planning for the Enchanted Forest event and the fall fair on the green. We will begin a preliminary discussion of topics for our next series of programs this coming winter. There is opportunity to host an informational meeting about the likely invasion of our forests by the emerald ash borer, the hemlock woolly adelgid, and the asian long-horned beetle so that will be a topic for discussion as well.
